If you wish to make an enquiry about a service we already provide or one you wish to explore further, please contact us on 02392 694551. You can ask to speak to Pam Butler, Director of Operations, who will explain our service further.
We offer a free needs assessment service. We will visit the service user and their representative at home (or wherever they happen to be) to discuss what you are looking for and how we can help.
Complaints and Feedback
If you are not satisfied with an element of our service, we would encourage you to speak to us at the earliest opportunity. Most concerns can be resolved simply and quickly with a telephone call, which you can make to the Registered Manager, Jo Clark on 02392 694551.
If you are already receiving a service from us, you will find a copy of our Complaints Procedure within the Service User Guide in the folder we left in your home. This states the time frames within which we will respond to your complaint, and what you can do if you are not happy with our explanation or actions.
